Making yogurt is now easier than you think. It’s easier and quicker too on other side. You need to be strict and very careful regarding the quantity and time. After all, it’s a much healthier option and not forgetting the smoother and thicker quality you can get. We love yogurt for its effectiveness in curing and avoiding yeast infections, vaginal infections, diarrhea in children, controlling in cholesterol levels in adults etc. Let’s learn how to prepare yogurt at home today.


Directions


  1. Pour the milk into a pan and heat it till the milk is warm.
  2. Add the starter curd/yogurt to the milk and mix well with a spoon or hand blender
  3. Pour the milk and curd into bowl in which you want to set it.
  4. Cover it and keep in a warm place without disturbing for 5-6 hours(If summer, 4 hours)
  5. After the yogurt is set, put the bowl/container in the refrigerator to make it thicker.
  6. Keep it in refrigerator for about 2 hours till it’s completely chilled
  7. Homemade yogurt is now ready to serve.
