Making yogurt is now easier than you think. It’s easier and quicker too on other side. You need to be strict and very careful regarding the quantity and time.   1. Pour the milk into a pan and heat it till the milk is warm.
  2. Add the starter curd/yogurt to the milk and mix well with a spoon or hand blender
  3. Pour the milk and curd into bowl in which you want to set it.
  4. Cover it and keep in a warm place without disturbing for 5-6 hours(If summer, 4 hours)
  5. After the yogurt is set, put the bowl/container in the refrigerator to make it thicker.
  6. Keep it in refrigerator for about 2 hours till it’s completely chilled
  7. Homemade yogurt is now ready to serve.
