Sweet And Tangy Lassi


A cooling delectable drink to beat the heat or not. This lassi can be had anytime, that literally means anytime of the day.I love to have them before bed time for a satisfied taste buds. This is so yummy, not too sweet or not too salty, just the right amount of ingredients to make it perfect. This one is from my mom's kitchen. She will make me whenever i visit her, knowing its my favorite and i can gulp on this anytime. You should definitely try this and you are going to love it as the results are awesome. It hardly takes anytime, no profound ingredients required. It can be made from what is absolutely at home all time.


  1. In a mixer jar, combine the curd, the water (either chilled or normal according to pref.) and 2 tbsp of milk.
  2. Add the rock salt, sugar and lemon juice.
  3. Blend together for 2 minutes in a juicer jar or use a hand blender.
  4. The sweet and tangy recipe is ready.
  5. Serve it in a lassi glass and enjoy.
