Poha is also know ans flattened rice and is easily available in a Poha has many variations, but this one takes the cake in terms of taste. This is super delectable dish. Poha is every North Indian's favorite breakfast with cup of tea. It's also a very healthy dish, no much spices as well. Sometimes, you can top this Poha with grated carrot or finely chopped tomatoes with some lemon wedges. I generally use the thick version of the Poha, if you donot have that the thin version will also do. Note: Rinse the poha in a cleaning water several times and then keep it in strainer so that remaining water gets released and also it should absorb the water to become soft but nit mushy. Now, add little turmeric powder, salt and sugar. Gently mix them.Keep it aside til you ready other items.
