Panipuri, the name needs no introduction. It has been the most favorite street food item over generations all over India. Panipuri, Golgappa, Puchka, GupChup and many more names are given to it out of love from many places. Though the recipes and tastes of panipuri changes accordingly depending on the place and authentic food, Mumbai and Hyderabad style of panipuri remains as one of the top. Let’s now learn this simple recipe today to prepare yummy panipuris. Measuring Cup used 1 cup – 250 ml


  1. Stuffing: Boil the potatoes completely. Peel them and Chop them Chop the onion finely Take a small bowl and mix potatoes, onions, coriander leaves, cumin powder. Chat masala powder and black salt Mix well and keep it a side
  2. Pani: Take a blender and add all the ingredients mentioned above for pani Add little amount of water and grind to a fine chutney Take out the green chutney into a bowl. Add 2-3 cups of water and mix well Check for taste add more black salt, chat masala powder if required Add boondi if needed to pani You can keep the pani in fridge
  3. Assembling PaniPuri: Crack the top of puri with a spoon or tip of the finger Add 2-3 tea spoons of boiled potato-onion mix into poori Stir the green pani and mix it with sweet chutney as per your taste Serve it immediately
