Paneer Manchurian


Paneer Manchurian is one of the best Indo Chinese recipes. It’s similar to Gobi Manchurian but uses soft paneer cubes instead of cauliflower florets. It is considered as one of the easiest foods to prepare and also as a part item. It’s best replacement for non-chicken lovers and non-veg lovers.Chinese food is light and healthy.So do include a lot of veggies in your Chinese food for the balanced diet of your loved ones


  1. Cube the paneer
  2. Add pepper powder, salt and small amount of garlic ginger paste. Don’t add water. And immerse paneer into the mixture thoroughly.
  3. Make sure this mixture is like a layer on every paneer cube.
  4. Leave it for 5 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, take a kadai and pour the oil into it and heat it
  6. Make sure if the oil is completely heaten up and test the oil by putting one paneer.
  7. If paneer comes up while frying, it means it’s good to continue with the oil heat.
  8. Put all the paneer cubes into oil and fry them until they turn golden brown in color
  9. Once it is fried, take a pan and put it on high flame.
  10. Add soya sauce and chopped onion and capsicum pieces in it.
  11. Add chilli sauce and tomato sauce if necessary.
  12. Add ginger garlic paste and salt if required.
  13. Fry it properly until you feel onions and capsicum are mildly fried. (Not severely and not raw)
  14. Add paneer to the mixture and fry it until it gets along with it. For 5-7 minutes
  15. Make sure all the process is done on high flame.
  16. Serve hot with sauce.
