A crispy and wonderfully low calorie roasted papad topped with mixture of chopped tomato, onion, coriander, chat masala and chilli powder Masala Papadrecipe is a simple home style recipe as a starter.Cripsypapad is a instant and easy to prepare appetizer that can also be enjoyed as an evening snack.   1. Chop the onions and tomato finely
  2. Put chopped onions, tomato, coriander in a bowl
  3. Add salt and Chat masala powder into the mixture
  4. Squeeze some lemon juice
  5. Mix well and keep it aside
  6. Now roast the papad
  7. Heat the pan on medium flame/heat. Drizzle a teaspoon of oil and spread around
  8. Once oil is hot, put papad
  9. Roast the papad finely by pressing it with spatula
  10. Flip it after few seconds and continue pressing it
  11. Keep flipping it until it gets golden brown and crispy
  12. Put the roasted papad in the plate
  13. Sprinkle prepared onion-tomato mixture evenly.
  14. Serve hot
