This Parathas are more than yummy, made with simplest of ingredients. Basically it is made of Fresh Peas, which is easily available during winters, otherwise you can also use Frozen peas. One of the variety which i most prefer is Safal frozen peas. This Parathas can be made for breakfast , lunch or dinner, and it can be served with Aloo dum / Cholar dal. If not pickle, ketchup and curd also will taste great. If you are using frozen peas, make sure you wash and soak the frozen peas in water for minimum 15 minutes. For a healthier version, for frying the Parathas, i have used Borges extra virgin olive oil. You can also use Ghee or oil as per requirement.
